In this year Easter holidays will be on the first days of April, so it is time to figure out what to place on the Easter table \u2013 after the Lent – and into the glasses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

White and Ros\u00e9 Frici 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new vintages of white and ros\u00e9 Fricis are perfect aperitifs. Cool them and welcome our guests with these sparkling wines.\u00a0 They are fresh and fruity so we can not imagine more refreshing sparkling wines than these during Springtime. They surely wake up our taste!<\/p>\n

In the ros\u00e9 we can taste ripe, sweet, crispy fruits: strawberry, plum, cherry and some grapefruit. These all show a light, but yet rich wine. In the nose of Frici White gooseberry and elderberry, freshly picked grape can be experienced with fine nettle in the background. The acids are buoyant, refreshing, so the overall view is full but yet light.<\/p>\n

Weninger&Gere Ros\u00e9 Cuv\u00e9e 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the first sun beams our mood arrives to taste fresh ros\u00e9s. It is a blend of K\u00e9kfrankos and pinot noir which was made from grapes harvested especially for ros\u00e9. Intensive aromas of fresh fruits rise from it, its main character is given by the scents of strawberry and sour cherry. Crisp acids, nice citrus in its aftertaste. In Easter we can serve it with starters, green salads, stuffed egg or salads with mayo.<\/p>\n

Gere Attila Athus Cuv\u00e9e 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

The dish of Holy Saturday is clearly the ham. Everybody decide to choose the rustic or the simple, corded variation. We serve boiled egg, spring vegetables, horse radish and home made scone with it. Athus cuvee excellently balances the smoky tastes. Its fresh acids given by K\u00e9kfrankos, Cabernet Sauvignon gives its spiciness, and its kindness the Portugieser. In this amazing wine mulberry, sour cherry and toasted tones are in the front.<\/p>\n

Weninger&Gere Pinot Noir 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunday is for the family, guests. This time lamb can be found frequently on the Easter table. This special dish deserves to choose a really top wine with it. Either we serve it roasted with vegetable garnish, or as spicy stew, this Pinot Noir will be perfect. This is the harvest of \u00d6rd\u00f6g\u00e1rok-vineyard, which is even fruitier and more elegant than the previous vintage, with the usual composition. Unique Vill\u00e1ny style, which authentically shows all the kindness of the variety and the region.<\/p>\n
