And this time a glass of ice cold spritzer comes well, either from our olaszrizling or ros\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n According to the legend in 1842 Andr\u00e1s F\u00e1y hosted Mih\u00e1ly V\u00f6r\u00f6smarty and some of his friends \u2013 among them \u00c1kos Jedlik, who invented the large-scale industry usage of soda water – in his cellar in F\u00f3t. Jedlik brought the first siphon in the world to F\u00e1y and made the wine tempered with soda first, which he called \u201cspritzer\u201d after German. But V\u00f6r\u00f6smarty did not like the word, and invented \u201cfr\u00f6ccs\u201d instead of it.<\/p>\n Since then several types of fr\u00f6ccs was invented, depending on the wine-soda ratio. Starting from the classic small fr\u00f6ccs, big fr\u00f6ccs, to the \u201cspray\u201d which hardly seen any soda. And naturally there are alcohol-free variations too. At our winery the most popular is the olaszrizling fr\u00f6ccs, but ros\u00e9 is\u00a0 also favorite.<\/p>\n The most frequent fr\u00f6ccs-types:<\/p>\n Small fr\u00f6ccs: 1 dl wine + 1 dl soda There are fr\u00f6ccs after famous person and events like Gyula Kr\u00fady (9 dl wine + 1 dl soda), the Hungary-England is naturally 6 dl wine + 3 dl soda, and in Ujh\u00e1zi there is the juice of leavened cucumber instead of soda.
