As the sign of the cooperation of Villány Wine Regionin 2015 the first international FRANC & FRANC conference and tasting day was introduced. This time we hosted the Cabernet Franc wine makers from Loire together with their wines.
In the past years all serious European and American Franc wine regions had the chance to introduce on these events focusing the variety. All those who believe in Cabernet Franc variety and make wine from it. The most prestigious event will have an overall look on the world this year showing a wide spectre from the Cabernet Franc selection of the highlighted wine regions. The topic of the event also a kind of attuning to the prestigious wine competition – Franc du Monde 2022 – which will be organized first time next year.

VI. FRANC & FRANC Forum will be held on 19th 11. 2021. Friday from 9:30. Venue: conference hall of Bock Winery. (7773 Villány, Batthyány Lajos u. 15.)
On this vocational conference – beside of the lectures – we can taste the classicus, premium and super premium category Villányi Francs through guidance of professionals. Also the main European and American styles introduced by two Master of Wines.
Tasting day
20th November 2021.
On 20th 11. 2021. Saturday touring in the cellars of Villány we can study the newly chosen Villányi Francs through the personal introduction of the wineries. The participants can taste at least 40 wines from Villány and abroad.
