Sweepstakes Rules
1. Name and Organizer of the Competition
These rules pertain to the “Gere” sweepstakes (hereinafter: the Competition) organised by AKA Kft. (7773 Villány, Erkel Ferenc utca 2/A, Company registration number: 02 09 070007, Tax number: 13468024-2-02, hereinafter: the Organizer) under the conditions specified below.
2. Description of the Competition and Participants in the Sweepstakes
Competition Duration: From 24 June 2024, 12:00 AM to 05 July 2024, 3:00 PM.
Any natural person who is 18 years old, fully capable of acting, and has a permanent residence in Hungary can participate in the Competition.
Participation requires that the participant accepts these rules and consents to the processing of their personal data. By participating in the Competition, the participant is deemed to have accepted these rules.
2.1. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Competition:
• Owners, executive officers, employees of the Organizer, and their close relatives as defined by the Civil Code;
• Owners, executive officers, employees of other entities directly involved in the implementation of the Competition, and their close relatives as defined by the Civil Code.
3. Description, Procedure, and Conditions of Participation in the Competition
All persons specified in section 2 (hereinafter: Player) who act as follows during the Competition period may participate:
• Follow the Gere Attila Pincészete (gere_attila_pinceszete) Instagram page.
• Comment on whether Rosé or White Frici is their favourite and why.
A player may participate in the sweepstakes once, regardless of the number of comments, provided they meet the participation requirements.
Prizes and gifts are not exchangeable for other prizes or cash.
4. Text of the Sweepstakes Post
Rosé or White – which would you choose? – Sweepstakes
We know it’s tough to choose between our two summer favourites, Rosé and White Frici, but we’re asking you to do just that! Do you prefer the white-fleshed, fruity explosion, or the lively pink sparkling wine with delicate floral notes? We’re giving away a Frici gift package to one of our commenters!
To enter, simply:
• Follow the Gere Attila Pincészete Instagram page.
• Comment on whether Rosé or White Frici is your favourite and why.
Competition ends and draw takes place: 05 July 18:00.

Only persons aged 18 or over may participate in the competition.
5. Prizes
5.1. Prize
One case of Gere Frici will be drawn among the participants.
The prize cannot be exchanged for another product or service, nor can it be redeemed for cash. The Organizer undertakes to fully comply with any tax and contribution obligations that may arise in connection with the prize, in accordance with the applicable Hungarian laws.
5.2. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place at the premises of the agency involved in the execution (1137 Budapest, Szent István krt. 8.) on 05 July 2024 at 18:00.
The draw is not public, and the results will be announced by the Organizer on its social media channels.
5.3. Notification of the Winner
The draw will take place at 18:00. The winner will be notified by 19:00 on the same day via the social media channel used to enter the competition.
6. Data Protection and Data Handling
Participation in the Competition is voluntary and based on informed consent. The legal basis for data processing is the Player’s voluntary consent, which is given automatically by participating in the Competition and accepting these Rules. By registering for the Competition, the Player:
a) Gives voluntary and explicit consent for the Organizer to record, manage, and use their data, including their email address or relevant details for winner identification and necessary personal data for the prize handover, to the extent and for the time necessary for the Competition and its execution, in compliance with the applicable legal requirements, particularly Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.);
b) Gives voluntary and explicit consent for the Organizer to record, manage, and use their data for marketing activities and the organization and documentation of the Sweepstakes to the extent and for the time necessary, in compliance with the applicable legal requirements, particularly Infotv. The Organizer ensures that data handling complies with the applicable legal requirements. The Organizer provides the Player with the opportunity to request information about the handling of their personal data, and to request the deletion or correction of such data at the provided contact details. The Player also has the right to object to the handling of their personal data. If the Player disagrees with the decision made by the Organizer based on their objection, they may take the matter to court.
7. Other Provisions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Rules, the course of the Competition, or any detail of the Competition. In the event of suspected abuse or conduct that may allow for abuse, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition, or to exclude the offending individual from the Competition. In such cases, the Organizer disclaims all liability. Hungarian law applies to these Rules and the Competition. This sweepstakes is in no way endorsed or administered by Facebook, nor is it associated with Facebook. This competition is not organised or sponsored by Instagram and is in no way connected to Instagram.
