Wine Tasting

The building housing the A.GERE Wine Bar & Shop was an old Swabian press house which was converted into a wine bar and deli shop in a style matching that of A.GERE Restaurant. Here you can sample wines from our winery, including a variety of themed wine selections.

Besides the well-known ranges of the A.GERE and Gere & Schubert wineries the shop also stocks rare, low volume, special bottlings which are available exclusively here. If you’re longing to take a piece of Villány home with you then you can also buy grape seed products, Andrea Gere Skin Care cosmetics, award-winning chocolate specialities and other local products.

This wine tasting can be booked for groups of 4 or more.

You can join our wine tastings every day of the week. Tastings begin at 3:00 p.m. daily at the A.GERE Wine Bar and Shop, except on Saturdays.

On Saturdays, the tasting also starts at 3:00 p.m., but takes place at a special venue, the Attila Gere Winery (Villány, Baross Gábor Street), and includes a tour of the cellars. On this occasion, only the Top tasting series is available.

During the wine tasting guests are also offered water, freshly baked bread and Gere grape seed products.
Tasting volume is 50 ml per wine.
